Common questions
How do I invoice a fixed-price project?
In Settings choose when you invoice: at the start, on completion, or in milestones. Then create the invoice from the project and it comes with its value or the milestone's.
I forgot to start the timer, what do I do?
Tap «Add time» and enter the date and the hours by hand. If you got an entry wrong, cancel it and add the right one.
How do I issue an invoice in my client's language?
Pick the client's language in their file, Arabic or English, and their invoices and messages come out in it. You can change it for a particular invoice.
On a computer or in the browserIf your phone is not at hand, open Rafeeq Business in the browser and sign in with the same number: the same cashier and the same steps.
