Am I a shop, a workshop, or both?
Choose your kind of business in Settings: an iron shop selling by weight, a workshop that fabricates, or both. Only the sections that suit your choice are shown.
How does Rafeeq work out the cost per kilo?
From your purchases: when you record buying a ton at its price, it works out the cost per kilo from it, and it updates with every purchase at a new price as a weighted average. You see it if you have the cost permission.
Should I block fabrication before the deposit?
In Settings choose «Lock» to stop making from starting until the deposit is paid, or «Warn» to allow it with a warning. The decision is yours, based on how you work.
